If you receive this error while attempting to log in or register an account it is likely due to your antivirus or that you are missing the latest C++ redistributables.

For antivirus-related issues, check if your antivirus is blocking any files associated with Infinity Loader. If any files are being blocked add these files and Infinity Loader to your antivirus whitelist. Sometimes, you may need to reinstall Infinity Loader if files were removed and cannot be restored.

If not due to antivirus you likely need to install the latest C++ redistributables. You can find them on Microsoft's official website. The following link contains them for x86 and x64 platforms, install both.
